The Massachusetts Sibling Support Network

Sibling Support Network (

Growing up with a brother or sister with a disability, whether the disability is mental or physical, seen or unseen, is a unique, challenging, and potentially rewarding experience. 


The MSSN is the only organization in Massachusetts focused on supporting the siblings of people with disabilities.  They provide information on sibling issues, referrals to sibling services, and social connections for siblings of all ages. 

Boston Ability Center

Pediatric Wellness Center (Wellesley)

A pediatric wellness center that is dedicated to helping kids reach their highest level of function in every area of development, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy in a setting that is full of fun and adventure. A variety of wellness classes including social pragmatics, fitness and speech groups are also offered. 


Email frontdesk@bostonabilitycenter.com to learn about Sibshops - a nationally acclaimed program that provides peer support within a recreational environment. Kids will have the chance to meet other kids whose brothers and sisters have special needs and talk about their experiences.
