​The Federation for Children with Special Needs

The Federation for Children with Special Needs provides information, support, and assistance to parents of children with disabilities, their professional partners, and their communities. 

 

Tip: Check out one of their training workshops for parents, such as Basic Rights in Special Education, or An IEP for My Child. 

Family TIES of Massachusetts

Family TIES of Massachusetts provides information and referral services, emotional support, and trainings to parents of children and youth with special needs

Tip 1 : View the Parent to Parent program. They'll match you with another parent who has faced similar issues and concerns that you may face now.

Tip 2: Download their 2015 Directory of Resources. It has loads of information.

MAAPS

The Massachusetts Association of 766 Approved Private Schools (maaps) is to represent private special education schools to students with special needs.
