What's the difference between Spotlight and Village Partner?
Spotlight ($25/mo or $250/yr) gets you a partner badge, priority placement above free listings, a mention in the monthly Village Supporters post in our Facebook group, a Spotlight block in The Village Update newsletter, and a shareable partner badge graphic. Village Partner ($75/mo or $750/yr) includes everything in Spotlight plus a banner image and up to 3 photos on your listing, your own standalone post in our Facebook group each month, your own paragraph feature in the newsletter, top placement sitewide
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes! Save ~17% by choosing annual billing. Spotlight is $250/yr (vs $300) and Village Partner is $750/yr (vs $900). Annual plans are billed once per year via Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Your partner status stays active through the end of your current billing period — monthly or annual. After that, your listing reverts to a free listing (it stays in the directory, just without the partner perks). No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
What if I cancel an annual plan partway through the year?
Your enhanced features remain active for the full year you've paid for. Once the year ends, your listing reverts to free. We don't issue partial refunds for annual plans — that's why we recommend starting monthly if you're not sure.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Both monthly and annual plans renew automatically via Stripe until you cancel. You'll receive an email receipt before each renewal. You can cancel anytime — just email us at hello@momsofamazingkids.org.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! Email us and we'll switch your tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What's the Event Spotlight?
A one-time $25 package: a dedicated event landing page, 1 social media post promoting your event, and your logo on the event card. Perfect for workshops, open houses, and camps.
Can I update my listing?
Yes — email us anytime to update your description, contact info, promo message, or coupon code.
