    Our Mission

    Moms of Amazing Kids (MAK) was born from one mom's search for support — feeling alone and not knowing where to turn after her child's diagnosis. What began as a personal journey became a free, community-powered resource hub connecting families to local providers, peer support, and actionable tools for every stage of life, ages 0–100. We believe no parent should navigate this journey alone.

    Founder Story

    MAK was founded by Sabrina Picariello, a MetroWest Massachusetts mom who spent years piecing together therapists, school resources, and community support for her own child. Frustrated by the lack of a single, trustworthy starting point, she built what she wished had existed — a living directory and village for families like hers.
