Rewarding Work provides an accessible and easy-to-use online directory and job board designed to help individuals and families find and hire caregivers. Established as a nonprofit in 2004, Rewarding Work was the first web-based matching service directory in the nation to focus exclusively on assisting people of all ages with disabilities. That mission continues today, connecting job candidates available to support elders, and children and adults with disabilities—at home or in the community. Families connected to MA DDS can use this subscription-based directory free of charge to find and hire support. Email support@rewardingwork.org to request access code for free subscription.

Lasagna Love is a neighbor-to-neighbor kindness movement. Volunteers across all 50 states, Canada, Australia, and the UK make and deliver free homemade lasagnas to neighbors going through hard seasons. No application, no judgment, no strings. Since 2020, more than 600,000 homemade lasagnas have been delivered to over 2.7 million people. Families carrying heavy loads deserve to feel seen. A meal made by hand and brought to your door is a small but real reminder that someone took time for you.

Neurosona Music Therapy provides in-home and virtual Neurologic Music Therapy sessions to individuals of all ages to improve and support speech/language, sensorimotor and cognitive skills.
